Given all the eBook formats and distributors, I was on the lookout for an easy way to get them all at one time. After formatting the Table of Contents with hyperlinks to all the major sections (and back links too), and doing one last proof read, I published on Smashwords. The process worked well, and the book is now available for many different readers. You should be able to download a sample to try it out. Give me some feedback! :)
